BASE BORINQUEN MWR 

The mission of the Coast Guard Morale, Well-Being, and Recreation (MWR) Program is to uplift the spirits of the Coast Guard Family and be an essential element of Coast Guard readiness, retention, and resiliency through customer-owned and driven MWR programs and services.

What is a Patron (MWR)?

MWR PATRON is Coast Guard, Exchange employees, Ramey School employees and students, FBI, CBP, Homeland Security, BP, Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, National Guard, Reserves, Retirees, Auxiliary, MWR employees, Civilian Employees, NAF, and all MWR patrons with base access and their dependents.

Base BQN MWR office is located at 197 A Wing Road inside the US Coast Guard Borinquen Housing in Aguadilla, PR. Aguadilla is located on the west coast of the island of Puerto Rico. We have several departments inside the base and all kinds of programs and services that combine fun with self-improvement.
